My name is Ashley and I am a Licensed Esthetician here in East Tennessee. I am 2x certified in Body Sculpting and hold my certification for ISSA Nutritionist.
As an avid weight lifter who has always had a passion for learning about nutrition, I am all too familiar with the common struggles of trying to clean up eating habits, lose weight, and improve one's health.
